- Grab 1 teaspoon of Period SOS cream and gently massage it into your lower abdomen and/or inner thighs
- Massaging results in a soothing heating effect to calm and comfort

- Apply at least 1 tbsp every day: Massage the lotion into your clean skin and relax.
- We love it the most after a shower or relaxing bath right before bed - but there’s no wrong time to apply.

- Warm the pad in the microwave (max power) for 30 seconds, then place it over your tummy for cramps relief.
